21 Days of Prayer – Focus and Scriptures

  1. Awakening of spirit
  2. Cleansing of our souls

Repentance means to “Change your mind”. (Greek = metanoeó means= to change one’s mind or purpose.)

We start in the place of repentance and humility. Where do we need to repent and change our mind and perspective? Where are areas in our lives that need cleansing? What are those places we need to humble ourselves in and turn from sin? Lord, cleanse us! Strip away any rebellion in our hearts toward you and your ways!

  2. Pastor Benjamin,
I attend The Church on Strayer here in Toledo. This is where God placed me for now. I love the fellowship at Shekinah as I have attended there on Sunday numerous times and countless conferences. I wanted you to know that I was elated to hear your Church is on the 21 days of fasting and prayer as is “The Church on Strayer” as well! So glad we are joined together as a body of believers this way!
Today is my first day of fasting and I can say it already has opened my eyes in more ways than one. For one, I am humbled and very grateful to read HIS WORD. I read each scripture you posted and all day long I can’t stop sobbing at the reading of God’s word! It’s beautiful and cleansing. I look forward to more of what God does in and through me. I trust all God’s people will experience HIM in a deeper and more intimate way!

Thank you for having a heart for God and leading your congregation this way.

May you, your wife, children and congregation be blessed abundantly!

  3. I am excited to pray for and along with our body, even tho I just got home and missed the start.

I will also share the scriptures/notes with Elaine Schmidt who does not have internet/e-mail

  4. I encourage everyone to come out to the 21 days of prayer, if you can’t make it everyday, know that you can feel the prayers of others praying at the same time corporately.

I went the first 2 days of prayer and the Lord did a lot of things in me. I couldn’t make it the last 3 days because of car issues but I continued to pray between 6 and 7.

Today the Lord woke me up early and I knew he wanted me to go to pray. He gave me amazing scriptures what He had done in me the first 2 days of prayer that only He would know. I didn’t know but today He gave me scriptures that came forth through words spoken. Several scriptures were read, spoken and I was amazed what God is doing not just corporately but personally. He gave me a great word and He knows that I am waiting for the 21 day breakthrough and spoke to me.

Today I learned how much God knows me, hears me, loves me and he gave me fresh fire in my heart. Oh that I want to know God’s heart like He knows mine! I want to be so close to Him that I can feel His heartbeat.

It’s exciting to pray with our church family and watch Benjamin lead us, showing us how to pray and get us through to our breakthrough. Bless Him Lord for leading us closer to you!
