The goal of Shekinah Leadership Institute (SLI) is : “Equipping leaders for the Future”.

Shekinah Leadership Institute is a regional school of Wagner Leadership Institute (SLI), an internationally recognized training institute with campuses throughout the world. As a SLI affiliate, we offer you a program for training for practical ministry that is distinctive. We train and equip men and women for breakthrough leadership that will transform their local churches, parachurch ministries, and the workplace.
Our goal is to equip leaders in necessary skills that will not only transform their lives, but will help them to effectively transform the world through their ministry. Our emphasis is not only on the transmission of information, but also on practically equipping and empowering leaders. Each course offers you practical content and personal impartation.
Shekinah Leadership Institute (SLI) diplomas include a Bachelor, Master, or Doctor of Practical Ministry.

The student body consists of men and women from all cultures, races, and walks of life. No previous academic credentials are required for enrollment.
The faculty of Shekinah Leadership Institute (SLI) is made up of mature and successful apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors, and teachers. Faculty members are selected primarily on the basis of their proven effectiveness in ministry, communication skills, and recognized anointing for the impartation of ministry skills.
Shekinah Leadership Institute (SLI) courses take the form of seminars ordinarily taught over one or two days with 7-14 contact hours.
Field research, mentoring, or ministry experience are deemed as valuable as library research or classroom attendance.
There are no grades, no exams. Self-evaluation papers allow you to process and summarize what you have learned and how it applies to your ministry and is the only requirement to earn training units.
Work as slow or as fast as you want toward to a Diploma of Practical Ministry at the Bachelor level. A Master or Doctorate level Diploma can be obtained through SLI Central.

Earn units for practical ministry experience
- All students pay a one-time non-refundable enrollment fee to activate their student file.
- Progress toward completion is measured in training units.
- Tuition costs are $25 per Training Unit (TU) earned. Most courses earn 4 Training Units.
- You may audit any course without enrolling but auditing does not earn credit toward a SLI diploma. (NOTE: An audited course WILL be counted for credit if you enroll in Shekinah Leadership Institute within 60 days of the course completion.)
