Children are precious to God. At Shekinah, we make every effort to impart value, vision and destiny to each child that participates in our children’s ministry.

Proverbs 22:6 Says, “Bring up a child in the way he should go and he will not depart from it.” Our desire is to partner with parents and families to see children trained in the ways of the Lord.

Children’s and Junior High Ministry provides Sunday morning classes for children and junior high school teens. All ages learn about Jesus, experience His love and have the opportunity to receive Jesus into their hearts. This ministry helps young people build a solid Christian foundation in the areas of prayer, Bible reading, praise and worship. Shekinah’s goal is to train and equip children and youth to become active participants in the church. We want our youth to know the voice of God, learn how to pray, follow Him when He speaks and become Kingdom minded.
