Care cells are an exciting and integral part of life in Shekinah Christian Church; they are the building blocks of our life as a functioning body of Christ. Care cells form the building block through which Shekinah members are matured through evangelism, discipleship and nurturing. They create a culture for leadership development where every believer becomes a leader at some level. We are created for purpose and destiny. They transform people from meaninglessness to purposefulness.

Life is centered on relationship, and having an authentic relationship with God and other followers of God is what being a believer is all about. In Shekinah, the care cell is where covenant relationships are built and where God’s love and care come wrapped in skin, as members of the care cells experience Jesus through community.

Being in a care cell will enable you to experience a greater dimension of God’s presence, His power, and His purpose as you experience the fellowship of the believers that was first demonstrated in the early church.

It is in the care cell that you feel the pulse and life of the church – the incredible warmth of genuine fellowship, and the excitement of being a disciple of Christ and fulfilling the Great Commission.
